1
كٓهيعٓصٓ

ذِكۡرُ رَحۡمَتِ رَبِّكَ عَبۡدَهُۥ زَكَرِيَّآ

إِذۡ نَادَىٰ رَبَّهُۥ نِدَآءً خَفِيًّۭا

قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّى وَهَنَ ٱلۡعَظۡمُ مِنِّى وَٱشۡتَعَلَ ٱلرَّأۡسُ شَيۡبًۭا وَلَمۡ أَكُنۢ بِدُعَآئِكَ رَبِّ شَقِيًّۭا
en He said: "My Lord! وَإِنِّى خِفۡتُ ٱلۡمَوَٰلِىَ مِن وَرَآءِى وَكَانَتِ ٱمۡرَأَتِى عَاقِرًۭا فَهَبۡ لِى مِن لَّدُنكَ وَلِيًّۭا

يَرِثُنِى وَيَرِثُ مِنۡ ءَالِ يَعۡقُوبَ ۖ وَٱجۡعَلۡهُ رَبِّ رَضِيًّۭا
en "Who shall inherit me, and inherit (also) the posterity of Ya‘qûb (Jacob) (inheritance of the religious knowledge and Prophethood, not of wealth.). يَـٰزَكَرِيَّآ إِنَّا نُبَشِّرُكَ بِغُلَـٰمٍ ٱسۡمُهُۥ يَحۡيَىٰ لَمۡ نَجۡعَل لَّهُۥ مِن قَبۡلُ سَمِيًّۭا
en (Allâh said) "O Zakariyyâ (Zachariah)! Verily, We give you the glad tidings of a son, whose name will be Yahyâ (John). قَالَ رَبِّ أَنَّىٰ يَكُونُ لِى غُلَـٰمٌۭ وَكَانَتِ ٱمۡرَأَتِى عَاقِرًۭا وَقَدۡ بَلَغۡتُ مِنَ ٱلۡكِبَرِ عِتِيًّۭا

قَالَ كَذَٰلِكَ قَالَ رَبُّكَ هُوَ عَلَىَّ هَيِّنٌۭ وَقَدۡ خَلَقۡتُكَ مِن قَبۡلُ وَلَمۡ تَكُ شَيۡـًۭٔا

قَالَ رَبِّ ٱجۡعَل لِّىٓ ءَايَةًۭ ۚ قَالَ ءَايَتُكَ أَلَّا تُكَلِّمَ ٱلنَّاسَ ثَلَـٰثَ لَيَالٍۢ سَوِيًّۭا
en [Zakariyyâ (Zachariah)] said: "My Lord! Appoint for me a sign." فَخَرَجَ عَلَىٰ قَوۡمِهِۦ مِنَ ٱلۡمِحۡرَابِ فَأَوۡحَىٰٓ إِلَيۡهِمۡ أَن سَبِّحُوا۟ بُكۡرَةًۭ وَعَشِيًّۭا

يَـٰيَحۡيَىٰ خُذِ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ بِقُوَّةٍۢ ۖ وَءَاتَيۡنَـٰهُ ٱلۡحُكۡمَ صَبِيًّۭا

وَحَنَانًۭا مِّن لَّدُنَّا وَزَكَوٰةًۭ ۖ وَكَانَ تَقِيًّۭا

14
وَبَرًّۢا بِوَٰلِدَيۡهِ وَلَمۡ يَكُن جَبَّارًا عَصِيًّۭا

15
وَسَلَـٰمٌ عَلَيۡهِ يَوۡمَ وُلِدَ وَيَوۡمَ يَمُوتُ وَيَوۡمَ يُبۡعَثُ حَيًّۭا

16
وَٱذۡكُرۡ فِى ٱلۡكِتَـٰبِ مَرۡيَمَ إِذِ ٱنتَبَذَتۡ مِنۡ أَهۡلِهَا مَكَانًۭا شَرۡقِيًّۭا

17
فَٱتَّخَذَتۡ مِن دُونِهِمۡ حِجَابًۭا فَأَرۡسَلۡنَآ إِلَيۡهَا رُوحَنَا فَتَمَثَّلَ لَهَا بَشَرًۭا سَوِيًّۭا

18
قَالَتۡ إِنِّىٓ أَعُوذُ بِٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ مِنكَ إِن كُنتَ تَقِيًّۭا

19
قَالَ إِنَّمَآ أَنَا۠ رَسُولُ رَبِّكِ لِأَهَبَ لَكِ غُلَـٰمًۭا زَكِيًّۭا

20
قَالَتۡ أَنَّىٰ يَكُونُ لِى غُلَـٰمٌۭ وَلَمۡ يَمۡسَسۡنِى بَشَرٌۭ وَلَمۡ أَكُ بَغِيًّۭا
